MEET YOUR HOSTS
What started as two yoga teachers crossing paths at a studio in LA has grown into a decade-long friendship rooted in not only our love for movement but also in deep conversation, big laughter, and a shared passion for living with intention, joy, and playfulness. We've held each other through the wonderful, the challenging, and everything in between.
That's exactly the energy we bring to our retreats. We believe depth and lightheartedness aren't opposites — that the most meaningful growth often happens in the middle of a good laugh, a sweaty flow, or a late-night conversation around a table with people you just met but already feel like you've known forever. Community isn't a side effect of what we do. It's the whole point.
Our retreats are designed to give you space — to move, to exhale, to reconnect with the version of yourself that isn't running on fumes. We're not interested in pushing you toward some idealized state of wellness. We're interested in helping you remember how vibrant and alive life can feel when you're fully present in it.
Samantha found yoga in 2015 after spending much of her life as an athlete. With her experience in high-performance athletics and strength training, yoga brought out the physicality she was used to but created an emotional impact that was unlike anything she had ever experienced. Since then, Samantha’s classes mesh that physical output with the grounding intention of yoga to curate an experience that leaves you feeling empowered and inspired. Samantha wholeheartedly believes that yoga and fitness is the process of coming home to your body and realizing what has always been within you. She aims to create experiences that open and reconnect you in a deeper way.
